The arch of the foot absorbs force with every step. Standing, walking and training keep the plantar fascia and the small muscles of the foot under constant load, and tension builds in the arch and heel. A flat massage surface spreads pressure evenly, so the arch itself often gets little direct contact.
Flowfeet Pro brings the treatment to the arch. A platform rises in five levels, from 0 to 14 mm, and presses directly into it. Rotating nodes knead the sole from toes to heel at four speeds, including a static pressure mode for sensitive areas, and your preferred arch height is saved for next time.
Air chambers inflate and release around the foot in four levels, from light compression at 121.5 mmHg to firm compression at 368.3 mmHg. Each cycle squeezes the foot and then lets go, a rhythm similar to the way walking compresses and releases the tissue.
Heat is applied to both the top and the underside of the foot at 45, 50 or 53°C. Warmth makes the tissue more pliable and widens the blood vessels, so the kneading and compression can work with less resistance. Each function is adjusted on its own.
The feet sit furthest from the heart, and both blood and lymph have to travel upwards against gravity to get back. Neither has a pump in the feet. They rely on the calf muscles, on movement and on outside pressure, which is why fluid collects around the ankles after a long day of standing or sitting.
The compression cycles in Flowfeet Pro supply that outside pressure. As the air chambers press, fluid is pushed out of the tissue and into the veins and lymph vessels, and as they release, the tissue refills with fresh blood. Swelling and heaviness ease, and oxygen and nutrients reach the working muscles faster.
For daily recovery, a gentle session works best: an arch height of 3 to 6 mm, kneading and compression at Level 1 or 2 and heat at 45 to 50°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
After training, go deeper. Raise the arch to 9 or 14 mm, set kneading to Level 3 and compression to Level 3 or 4, and run the session for 20 to 30 minutes. The fold-out handle underneath tilts the unit 20 degrees for a reclined position with the legs extended, which also helps fluid drain from the feet.
Foot load is cumulative. Tension that is not released carries into the next day, the arch feels tight in the morning and swelling returns faster. Regular sessions keep circulation and lymph flow active, so the feet start each day from a better recovered baseline.
The timer can be set to 15, 20 or 30 minutes, and the device switches off on its own when the session ends. Removable inner socks keep the foot compartments fresh, which makes it easy to use every day.
