Kosovare Asllani

With experience from Europe's elite clubs, league titles, and medals from World Cups and Olympic Games, Kosovare Asllani has defined her career by delivering on the biggest stages for both club and country.

Recently, we met her in London to talk about recovery. Always looking to improve, she sees it as a key part of reaching her potential.

“I love playing the biggest games. If I could I would choose to play those games every single week.”

PRESSURE IS A PRIVILEGE

“For me, I learned that pressure is a privilege. When you have pressure it means that people are expecting something from you. That said, you have done something great before that. So pressure comes from your own performances.

I love it. I love playing the biggest games, to be on the biggest stages and biggest tournaments. If I could, I would choose to play those games every week.”

RECOVERY

“If you don't have the recovery, your body is not able to absorb the training that you've been doing.”

“I try to do everything I can to optimize my performance and my recovery. When I'm done with training I can't wait to go back home and lay in my Flowpression Boots in front of the Flowlight.”
