M.A.C POP-UP, OSLO
When M.A.C took over Oslo, Flowlife stepped in as recovery partner. Over the days, social runs alternated with relays, community hangouts and recovery.
On site, participants could try everything from red light and FLOWPRESSION BOOTS to FLOWGUN HEAT. For the brave, there was a challenge to see who could stay longest in the FLOWPLUNGE PRO.

For two weeks, Flowlife took over a space at John Lewis in London, with the full focus on red light.
Together with John Lewis, we hosted pilates, meditation and recovery sessions for customers, press and creators, in the middle of one of London's most iconic department stores.

Together with Knees Up, we gathered a small, invite-only community for an evening of running and recovery.

FLOWGIRLS, MARATHON PREP
Ten women, one shared goal and plenty of kilometres together. Flowgirls came together to get ready for Stockholm Marathon and the half marathon, with running, recovery and a lot of community along the way.
Run & Recover was on the schedule, followed by breakfasts, dinners, goodie bags and branded looks.

STOCKHOLM MARATHON 2026
Flowlife and Stockholm Marathon go back several years, and in 2026 we kept doing what we do best, taking care of tired running bodies after the finish line.
Our recovery zone filled up fast with runners who wanted to give their legs a little extra love. FLOWPRESSION BOOTS, FLOWFEET HEAT and FLOWGUN HEAT were in use from the first finisher to the last.

After London Marathon, On Run Academy got together for an easy recovery run with Flowlife.
After a few relaxed kilometres, the focus was on what the body needed most, recovery. Recovery tech, community and a chance to let the legs come back after the marathon distance.

We invited a group of creators to BXR for a red light pilates class. After the class, the morning carried on with shakes, recovery and time to hang out together.

For a while, we turned Kungsgatan into what we called The World's Biggest Recovery Room.

AMSTERDAM MARATHON 2025
Ahead of Amsterdam Marathon, we brought runners together with Sunday Run Club for a shakeout run.
One last easy session before race day, followed by Flowlife recovery and time with the community. A chance to get the legs moving, settle into the body and get ready for the next day's kilometres.
