Flowtherma Belt warms the back and lower back in four levels, 40, 45, 50 and 55°C. The steady heat reaches into the muscle, widens the blood vessels and makes stiff tissue more pliable.
More circulation brings oxygen and nutrients to tired muscle and helps carry metabolic waste away, preparing the body for movement or supporting recovery after activity.
Red light at 660 nm and near-infrared at 850 nm pass through the skin into the tissue beneath. In the mitochondria, the light supports the production of ATP, the energy cells use for repair.
Four light levels, from 11.6 to 27.3 mW/cm², let you adjust the dose. Direct skin contact gives the light the best path into the tissue.
When muscles stay tight from overuse, stress or long sitting, the nervous system keeps them in a protective state. Circulation drops and the area stays stiff and sore.
Four vibration modes, including Pulse and Wave, send new signals to the receptors in the muscle. Combined with heat, the nervous system lowers its guard and the muscle can relax.
Prolonged sitting, repetitive strain and postural tension make the fascia lose its elasticity. Adhesions form between the layers and movement becomes stiff.
Heat, light and vibration together increase circulation and fluid exchange in the tissue. The layers glide again and range of motion returns, before activity and as part of recovery.
The belt wraps the lumbar and lower thoracic area, with heat, vibration and light working at the same time. Each session runs for 15 minutes.
Settings can be changed freely during the session, and the belt charges over USB-C, so it fits into everyday routines.

"It feels so good on sore muscles because you're producing feel-good hormones. You're also increasing the circulation into those areas, therefore producing a much more comfortable and relaxed state for the muscle to be able to perform movements without the stress of tightness." - Scott Webster
