Description

OVERVIEW

Flowgun One is a percussive therapy device engineered for a deep, precise massage. It is designed to relieve muscle tension, reduce stiffness, and manage soreness to support daily movement and post-activity recovery.

TECHNOLOGY

With an advanced motor that delivers up to 3200 strokes per minute and a 12-millimeter stroke length, Flowgun One sends targeted percussion deep into muscle tissue. This deep mechanical action stimulates blood circulation and effectively releases trigger points and tension.

BODY EFFECT

The percussion increases blood flow and oxygen delivery, helping to release stubborn knots and clear metabolic waste that causes soreness. By stimulating the nervous system, the treatment encourages muscles to relax and let go of chronic tension, restoring flexibility to the surrounding connective tissue for improved mobility.

CUSTOMIZATION

Flowgun One offers five distinct speed levels to adapt the treatment. The first three levels feature innovative pressure-sensing technology, where the stroke speed increases as more force is applied. Level four provides a constant high-speed treatment, while level five activates an auto-rotation mode that cycles through the speed levels for a varied massage.

DESIGN

Housed in a durable aluminum body for stability and control, the design merges professional performance with a functional, Scandinavian aesthetic.

How it works

Flowgun ONE, infographic: Short, fast strokes

Short, fast strokes

Flowgun ONE delivers rapid, short strokes into the muscle, up to 3200 per minute with a stroke depth of 12 mm. Each stroke presses into the tissue and releases again, reaching through skin and fascia into the muscle underneath.

Static stretching and manual massage work from the surface. Percussion adds a rhythmic, repeated load that reaches deeper layers in less time, so several muscle groups can be treated in one short session.

Flowgun ONE, infographic: More blood flow

More blood flow

The rhythmic pressure increases local blood flow in the area being treated. More circulation brings oxygen and nutrients to tired muscle and helps carry metabolic byproducts away after training or physical load.

The movement of the tissue also supports lymph flow. The lymphatic system has no pump of its own and depends on pressure and muscle activity, so percussion helps fluid move on and the muscle feel lighter.

Flowgun ONE, infographic: Releases tension

Releases tension

When a muscle stays contracted after strain or overuse, the nervous system keeps protective signals active. The muscle stays guarded, range of motion shrinks and knots or trigger points form.

Targeted percussion gives the nervous system a clear, repeated signal that the area is safe to relax. Muscle guarding lowers, tension eases and the fibres return to their normal length.

Flowgun ONE, infographic: Fascia and mobility

Fascia and mobility

Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds every muscle and joint. When it becomes tight or dehydrated, the layers stick together, adhesions form and movement loses its natural glide.

Percussion stimulates the fascia and draws fluid back into the tissue, so the layers can glide again. Stiffness reduces and range of motion improves, before training as a warm-up or after it as part of recovery.

Flowgun ONE, infographic: Eight heads, five levels

Eight heads, five levels

Flowgun ONE comes with eight massage heads: a round head for large muscle groups, a silicone head for a softer touch, bullet and trigger cone heads for small, precise points, a fork head for areas along the spine, plus curved cushion, axe and metal heads.

Five speed levels run from 1600 to 3200 strokes per minute with a 12 mm stroke depth. The brushless motor runs at 65 dB or less, and the battery lasts 2 to 4 hours per charge.
